PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash and Sirène Boutique gift cards.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Eligible items must be sent back to Sirene Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Sirene Boutique and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. xo

PROCESSING RETURN TIME

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 2-3 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs due to “Return to sender” issues or “Package refusal” 


Non Returnable, No Exceptions

All items found in the Sale category, items with under garments, accessories, or bodysuits are non-returnable.

ALL ORDERS ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE DURING SALES ARE FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING POLICY

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the label is created. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in system. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not recieve your tracking email 3 days after placing your order. If its not there please send us an email at shopsireneboutique@gmail.com so we can re send. Domestic orders above $100 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.

Standard Shipping

Orders are sent out by USPS. Shipping is FREE for U.S orders over $100. Orders are processed and shipped out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday). During Sale periods orders may take longer to process as there is an increase in orders. After order is received and processed, it takes. 3-5 business days to be delivered. Los Angeles and California residents may receive their package earlier. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express and Expedited shipping are the only guaranteed shipping times.  

Expedited/Rush Shipping

We use USPS/UPS for expedited/rush orders. Orders are processed and shipped out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 5 pm Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day. 

Overnight Shipping

We may be able to accommodate overnight shipping. For this Option please send us an email shopsireneboutique@gmail.com or a DM on instagram @shopsireneboutique

Lost/Stolen Packages

Sirene Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 7-10 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated).

Please note: Sirene Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
